These terms govern your use of phmsearch.com, operated by PHM Search Group Inc. (“PHM Search”). By using this website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website. Recruitment services are governed separately by the written engagement agreement between PHM Search and the client concerned; where that agreement and these terms conflict, the engagement agreement prevails.

1. Using this site

You may use this site for lawful purposes connected with recruitment, hiring, or evaluating our services. You agree not to: submit false, misleading or fraudulent information; upload anything containing malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems; use automated means to scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or contact details; interfere with the site’s operation or availability; or use any material here to compete with us or to build a competing database.

2. Submissions you make

When you submit information through a form on this site, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to provide it. Submitting a resume or an inquiry does not create a contract of engagement, employment, or representation between us, and does not oblige us to act on it or to respond.

3. Our content

All content on this site — text, design, layout, graphics, logos, the PHM Search name and marks, RIQIndex™, Fit-to-Execute™, and our published articles, reports and calculators — is owned by or licensed to PHM Search and protected by Canadian and international copyright and trade-mark law.

You may view, download and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial use. You may quote or cite our published articles and reports with clear attribution and a link. You may not republish, redistribute or commercially exploit our content, or present it as your own, without our written permission.

4. Tools and published figures

The calculators, salary figures, benchmarks and other data on this site are provided for general guidance. They are estimates built on stated assumptions and market observation. They are not a valuation, an appraisal, or professional financial, legal or HR advice, and they should not be relied on as the sole basis for a hiring, compensation or business decision. Your results will vary with your circumstances.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any dispute arising from this website.
